DIVA’s Stage-Based Treatment System

DIVA’s Stage-Based Treatment System. DIVA Poipet explains A stage is not a rigid treatment and Clinic treatment and home care.

Skin does not remain the same throughout treatment. It may be inflamed, weakened, ready for structural change, or may have achieved results and need maintenance. For this reason, DIVA does not view treatment as a fixed list of services but as a decision-making system based on the skin’s real condition.

  • A stage is not a rigid treatment program

DIVA has three stages: control or preparation, creating the main change, and stabilising results. These are a reference framework for identifying what needs to be done at the current time, not a rule that every client must move sequentially from stage one to stage three.

Watch: real treatment media from DIVA. Individual results vary.

A client with a stable skin foundation who needs scar improvement may begin directly at the change stage. Conversely, a client who wants laser but has irritated skin needs to return to control and preparation first.

  • Clinic treatment and home care need to run in parallel

The treatment session creates the main intervention force, but home care keeps skin moving in the direction created. If the clinic applies the right impact but a client uses unsuitable products, skips sun protection, or self-adds strong active ingredients, results can be slow or unstable.

DIVA therefore views treatment and home care as two parts of the same plan, not separate choices.

  • The objective determines when to change stage

A stage is not changed simply because a certain number of sessions has been completed. It is necessary to look at the degree of inflammation control, the skin’s tolerance, the proportion of the objective that has been achieved, and response after each session.

The number of sessions is only a reference. The important decision is whether skin is ready for the next impact.

  • Technology is only a tool

Pico, CO₂, RF Microneedling, peel, mesotherapy, PRP, and skin booster are not independent treatment pathways. They have value only when they serve the correct objective of the current stage.

A stronger technology does not automatically create better results. When the skin foundation is not ready, strong impact can prolong recovery and increase pigmentation risk.

DIVA’s Perspective

DIVA’s perspective is that every decision needs to answer three questions: What state is the skin in? What is the current objective? How far is the skin from that objective? When these questions are not answered clearly, intervention should not continue.

Conclusion

Stage-based treatment helps DIVA avoid two mistakes: using too many techniques in one session without a clear objective, or repeating a method when skin no longer needs it.
